Holland Marine House Russia
Holland Marine House Russia (HMHR) is a representative office of marine technology from The Netherlands. The mission of HMHR is to bring the advanced Dutch maritime expertise to Russia and become the bridge between Russian and Dutch Maritime Industries. HMHR strives to achieve this by representing and promoting Dutch maritime technology in Russia, by acting as a first contact point between Dutch and Russian companies, by supporting the companies in collecting and analysing market information and by supporting the companies that seek opportunities for cooperation in Russia as well as in the Netherlands.
The HMHR is founded in September 2009 and is realized within the framework of the programme “Focus on Russia” which is financed by Ministry of Economic Affairs of The Netherlands and is carried out by Holland Marine Equipment Association.
Strong partnership between Russia and The Netherlands
The long shipbuilding history of Russia and The Netherlands makes these two countries excellent technology partners. There are many areas of cooperation, for example in the fields of offshore, inland and coastal shipping and shipbuilding. Especially offshore supply vessels, yachts, tugs, fishing vessels, dredgers, and, navy vessels.
Through ‘partnership & cooperation’ and ‘experience & resources’ Russia and The Netherlands will find creative ways for innovation and development of the maritime industry in Russia. Together we can handle the challenges ahead!
