Partnership agreement announced by HMHR and Ost-West Marine Service L.L.C.

The partnership agreement formalises the relationship between the two companies and sets out the terms and conditions of the relationship, with a view to achieving the common aims and objectives. It covers a period of three years commencing on May 25th, 2011.

The structure of both companies remains the same. However both HMHR and OWMS unite their “powers”, knowledge, know-how, technologies, and operation under the roof of Ost-West Marine Service L.L.C. in order to provide their clients with utmost quality and efficiency. Mr. Sergey Uryupin was appointed HMHR Area Manager and is in charge of representing and promoting HMHR on the Russian market. (For any enquiries please kindly contact Mr. Uryupin)

Alexander Schouten, the Chairman of Holland Marine House Russia, commented on signing the agreement: “The partnership with OWMS is a great way to further boost our activities in the market and further consolidate our presence in the local Marine and Oil & Gas industry.
